Enhanced Access
Across our Primary Care Network (Severn Health PCN) we offer enhanced access appointments with doctors and nurses outside normal surgery times. These clinics are for routine issues only—if you need urgent care during these hours, please contact the out-of-hours service as usual by phone.
It may not be possible for you see your usual GP during these appointments, and you might be asked to give permission for your medical records to be shared, particularly if you are seeing a clinician based at a practice other than your own. It may not be possible to carry out all clinical activities (e.g. smears or blood tests) in the evenings or weekends.

Training closures
The Willow Tree Practice is committed to maintaining best practice and offering the best service to our patients. This means that sometimes we need to close to update mandatory training or introduce our staff to new systems.
In order for us to achieve this, we have to occasionally close the building between 12:30pm and 4pm.
We will list the training dates on our website as they become available.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
