Sleep is essential for your overall health and wellbeing
Whether you’re experiencing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling unrefreshed, poor sleep can take a toll on your physical and mental health.

How Sleepstation Works:
Sleepstation is an online program designed to help you get to the root of your sleep problems. Using cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), it addresses unhealthy sleep habits and helps you develop better sleep patterns—without medication.

Why Choose Sleepstation

Sleepstation is an NHS-approved digital sleep improvement programme developed by leading sleep experts.

  • Clinically proven to improve sleep
  • 100% online and convenient
  • Personalised plans based on your sleep habits
  • Supported by sleep experts and coaches

Many people report significant improvements in their sleep within just 10 days of starting the programme, with only 10 minutes of daily engagement required.

The Sleepstation Approach

Sleepstation combines two key components:

  • Structured Digital Programme: A step-by-step course delivered over six weeks, using scientifically validated methods to improve sleep quality
  • Expert Human Support: Access to sleep coaches, therapists, and specialists who monitor your progress and adjust your plan for optimal results

Can Sleepstation help with long-term or severe sleep problems?

Yes! Sleepstation is clinically proven to help even those with severe insomnia. With a dedicated team of sleep coaches, doctors, and experts, the program identifies the root causes of sleep issues and provides personal support to improve your sleep quality.

Who can use NHS-funded Sleepstation?

Sleepstation is a helpful resource for many people struggling with sleep, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions may affect your ability to use the program effectively, especially due to the sleep restriction technique used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Sleepstation is not suitable for individuals who have:

  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Bipolar disorder or a previous manic episode
  • Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or a history of psychotic episodes
  • A high risk for falls
  • Currently detoxing from drugs or alcohol
  • A personality disorder

Additionally, Sleepstation cannot accept referrals for:

  • Patients under 18 years old
  • Individuals who are unable to use a computer or smartphone and access the internet daily
